MOL CART offers the following delivery methods

Japan Post	EMS	EMS is the fastest international postal service provided by Japan Post. In the unlikely event of damage during transportation, there is a service for compensation based on the actual loss.
	AIR	This is a delivery service by air mail, which is more affordable than EMS.
	Sea Mail	Although it takes time, it is the cheapest delivery method. In the unlikely event of damage, there is compensation up to a certain amount.
	Small Packet AIR	For small packages weighing no more than 2kg, we offer a shipping service that is cheaper than air routes such as EMS and Small Packet AIR.
SF Express	S Mail	We can deliver your package quickly and safely. The immediacy of our shipping tracking is our feature.
	E Mail	This is ideal when you have plenty of time and want to send a lot of packages at once at a low cost.
	A Mail	This is a tax-inclusive delivery service. It can only be used when the user themselves holds a Chinese ID card and designates mainland China as the country of dispatch. ※This route offers a tax-inclusive delivery service, but, there is a minimal risk of being taxed in very rare cases.
Yamato Transport	-	This can be used when returning or sending to Japan.
Sagawa Express	-	This can be used when returning or sending to Japan.

- SF Express Weight Calculation
  For each SF Express service, the weight is determined by the heavier of the volumetric weight and the actual weight.
  Volumetric Weight = Length x Width x Height ÷ 5000
  Actual Weight = Weight after packaging
  Calculation Example
  Volumetric Weight = 20 x 20 x 40 ÷ 5000 = 3.2kg
  Actual Weight = 1kg
  Since the volumetric weight > actual weight, the weight is 3.2kg.

  *For single delivery of large packages, the weight limit in the brackets applies.
  ※The size limit for A shipment is applicable when the volume of the cardboard box is within 50,000 cm³ (volumetric weight within 10 kg).

  If your shipment is returned due to reasons such as containing prohibited items, we will charge the following return shipping fees.

  Due to the complex rules of SF Express A Mail, if your package is eligible, we will propose it as an option in our logistics selection, along with the price. If you wish to use this service, please note it in the remarks section of the shipping preparation request.

    SF Express A Mail is a duty-inclusive delivery, so there are consolidation conditions. Please refer to the following.

    Items Requiring Special Attention
    The shipping rules of MOL CART and SF Express are the basic rules, but please note that there are some shipping rules specific to A Mail.
    Common Precautions
    - Items such as watches, electronic products worth JPY 20,000 or more, and brand bags need to be shipped individually.
    - Up to 20 pieces of clothing can be stored in one box. It is preferable that they are new, but if they are used, you must guarantee that all the clothes have been cleaned. Please understand that high-end brand clothes carry a high risk.
    - Up to 2 pairs of shoes can be consolidated in one box. However, in this case, other items cannot be consolidated.
    - Shipping of game cards (paper) is prohibited.
    - Please understand that each user is limited to one box per week per delivery.
  - 2. Customs Duty
    SF Express A Mail includes tax in its logistics. However, please understand that there is a slight risk of taxation. For items exceeding 1,000 RMB individually, a 6% tax will be incurred. For specific items, please refer to the table below.
    ※For expensive items not listed above, we may contact you with the duty rate depending on the situation. If you have any questions, please feel free to consult us.

	Conditions
Maximum number of items that can be consolidated	A maximum of 15 items can be bundled in one box. This limit does not apply to inexpensive items.
Limit on the number of same-barcode items	Within one box, the maximum number of same-barcode items is 4. However, for SK-II, Cle de Peau Beaute, and Shiseido THE GINZA products, the limit is 2 of the same item. For SK-II products, only one Facial Treatment Essence is allowed.
SKU Limit	A Parcel May Contain a Maximum of Eight Different Barcoded Items.

	Conditions
shoes	For adult shoes, up to 2 pairs can be consolidated in one box. For children's shoes, up to 3 pairs can be consolidated. However, when a parcel already contains two pairs of shoes, it cannot be bundled with other items. If it's one pair, it can be bundled with other items.
Electronic Devices	For electronic devices worth JPY 20,000 or more, only one item per box can be shipped. For electronic devices valued less than JPY 20,000, they can be consolidated with other items.
