Customer information registration
In accordance with Japanese law and the requirements of some shipping country logistics companies, it is necessary to submit customer information and identity verification documents.

Shopping with your dedicated "My Warehouse Address"
Once registration is complete, a dedicated warehouse address will be issued for you. When shopping on various Japan websites in, please set this "My Warehouse Address" as the delivery address.

Register parcel information
On the MOL CART package registration page, you can register the packages scheduled to arrive at the warehouse by their tracking numbers.

From receiving the goods to preparing for shipment.
Packages that arrive at the warehouse will be photographed in detail and can be checked on the 'In Storage' screen of the package list page. Since the weight and size can also be confirmed, you can choose options such as consolidation, splitting, or weight reduction according to your needs. Regarding the delivery method, after the shipping preparation request, MOL CART will measure the final weight and size and propose the optimal delivery plan, either individually or in combination.

Delivery Request
Once the package is packed, it will be displayed on the “Unpaid” page of the package list. Please make a delivery request through the “Delivery Request” . You can choose your preferred delivery method based on the number of delivery days, price and service details.

Payment
After choosing the delivery method, you will enter the payment process.
We will provide various payment methods. You can choose any one of them, such as credit card and QR code payment.About Payment Methods

Confirm Receive Your Packages
The parcels will be delivered to your overseas address.
Please note that customs duties may apply depending on the destination country/region and the contents of the packages.
