We cannot accept packages without a tracking number, such as non-standard mail, Yu-Mail, or letters. Please be sure to use a delivery method that includes tracking
We cannot handle products purchased with cash on delivery or post-payment
When purchasing goods on Japanese shopping websites using the MOL CART warehouse address, please do not choose "cash on delivery", "payment on delivery", "post-payment", "services that pay with a credit card when receiving goods" (such as eCollect, etc.) as the payment method for purchase. In addition, we cannot pay for "freight on delivery", please avoid choosing it. If goods shipped in the above payment methods arrive at the MOL CART warehouse, we will refuse to accept them. In addition, the buyer may be charged cancellation fees by the e-commerce website. These fees will be borne by the customer.

Items that Cannot be Shipped Overseas
There are items that cannot be shipped due to laws and treaties. Items that fall under the following categories cannot be shipped overseas. Please check the laws and regulations of the destination country or region before shopping.

Frozen, refrigerated, and raw items
We cannot accept refrigerated or frozen items. In the unlikely event that we receive items that are refrigerated or frozen, they will be handled at room temperature during storage and international shipping. Please exercise caution when purchasing items such as candies and chocolates, which are prone to changes in taste and shape due to temperature fluctuations. If the taste or shape of a product changes, neither our company nor the online shopping site from which you purchased the item can assume any responsibility. Please be aware of this in advance.

Other precautions
Expensive items, brand-name items, delicate items, etc. may be subject to return, confiscation, taxation, inspection, and discard in accordance with the customs policies of the shipping country. If your package is detained by customs, please understand that you will need to complete the customs clearance procedures yourself. To prevent damage to the items, we recommend using the packaging option service when shipping your package. Please note that the return, exchange, and claim service for regular packages is not supported.

Please understand that food and beverages may have a higher risk of damage during transportation.
Ex: Maternity, children's, and baby products, food and drinks (non-alcoholic), pet supplies.
If a lithium battery is included, there is a high risk of being stopped, returned, confiscated, taxed, inspected, and discarded by the logistics company and customs. If you wish to ship, please understand and accept the above risks.
