MOL CART offers Simple and clear pricing structure. The customer is only cost for Delivery Charge and Handling Fee for the parcel and optional fees that are only incurred if the option is used.

Handling Fee includes two months of warehouse storage charges and consolidation fees.

Handling fees are as follows. All fees incude two months of warehouse storage.
Single delivery of registered packages (within 30kg): The Handling Fee JPY 500.
Single delivery of large packages (over 30kg): The Handling Fee JPY 5,000
※In the case of Australia, the weight limit is 20kg.

| Packaging Options | BASE PlanThis is recommended for those who want to reduce the volume of their shipment. When repacking multiple items, we remove any excess packaging to reduce the bulk of your shipment. We will remove unnecessary packaging, shoe boxes, labels, tags, etc. If necessary, we will place your items in a simple bag and consolidate them | Free |
ADDITIONAL PlanThis is recommended for packing valuable items, including cosmetics. We will place your items in bubble wrap bags to protect fragile items. | JPY 600 | |
SPECIAL PlanThis is recommended for fragile items and valuables. For example, alcoholic beverages will be packed with bottle-specific materials, and posters will be placed in dedicated tubes. About Points
1% of the total amount spent (including Delivery Charge and Handling fee) will be awarded as points after confirmation of receipt (rounded down to the nearest whole number).
For example, if the total amount is JPY 12,390, you will be awarded 123 points.
Please note that any additional option fees (excluding the insurance of the logistics company) are not eligible for point awards.Upon confirmation of receipt, users who leave us a review will be awarded an additional 100 points!
Points can be used at a rate of 1 point per JPY 1.
