Is there compensation if the parcel is damaged during an earthquake?

While we have taken the most comprehensive measures in storing your parcels, we may not be able to compensate for any damage or loss of goods caused by earthquakes or warehouse collapse. For damages caused by other natural disasters, we have stipulated in Article 20 of our terms of use, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
