What happens if a package is delivered outside of warehouse operating hours?

The warehouse operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. For shipments arriving outside of these hours, the following procedures will apply:

For delivery companies such as Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express:

Deliveries by these companies will have their delivery times adjusted by the warehouse.

For Amazon's own delivery providers (Delivery Service Providers):

For Amazon deliveries, only those arriving on weekends and public holidays can use our warehouse's dedicated BOX delivery service.
