Regarding Identification Documents

We require the submission of one of the following documents along with a photo of yourself:

  • National ID card
  • Driver's license
  • Health insurance card (only those with a photo)
  • Passport

    MOLCART office may request additional documents to verify your residential address if necessary.

    List of Supplementary Documents:

    • National ID card
    • Driver's license (with address)
    • Bank statement
    • Mobile phone bill
    • Rental agreement
    • Health insurance card
    • Credit card statement/QR payment statement
    • Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, etc.)
    • Student ID
    • Residence card
